**How do I place an order?**

- **Add to Cart**: Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your virtual shopping cart.
- **Continue Shopping**: You can continue shopping and add more products or proceed to the shopping cart to checkout.
**3. Shopping Cart View**
- **Check Your Items**: Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page to view a summary of your selected items.
- **Edit Your Cart**: Adjust quantities or remove items if necessary.
**4. To settle**
- **Proceed to Checkout**: Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to go to the checkout page.
- **Login or Register**: Log in to your account or create a new account. You can also pay as a guest.
- **Shipping Information**: Enter your shipping address and contact information.
- **Shipping Method**: Choose your preferred shipping method.
- **Payment information**: Enter your payment details and select your payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal, iDEAL).

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. However, we currently do not offer the option to have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address. All orders are shipped to the specified billing address by default.
Can I also pick up my order?
We do our best to make your shopping experience as flexible and enjoyable as possible. However, we do not currently offer the option to collect your order. All orders are shipped directly to the address you provide.

Deliver
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days. We aim to receive your order the next day.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a message. Then follow these instructions. In all cases they will make a second delivery attempt. If this does not work, you will receive a message where you can collect the goods.
Can I make a delivery appointment?
Unfortunately it is not possible to make a delivery appointment. We are dependent on the driver routes of the carriers. The carriers do try to be as specific as possible about delivery times via the track & trace link.
What are the delivery costs for my order?
For letterbox packages we charge delivery costs of €4.95
We charge €6.95 for delivery of a standard package.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can indicate within 14 days whether you wish to return the goods, after which you have another 14 days to actually return the items to us. During this period you can return the order unused, undamaged and complete in the original packaging. Use either the return form or the withdrawal form and add it to the packaging.
Are there any costs associated with returns?
Costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense . These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates .
Can I return my order at any time?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The right to a refund expires after 14 working days.
How quickly will my return be processed?
When you return a product, you will receive confirmation when it has been received and is being processed. Your money will be refunded or you will receive a new product within 2 weeks. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, it is necessary that you follow the indicated procedure.

Discount codes and gift vouchers
Where can I get a discount code?
On our website you can indicate that you wish to receive promotional email messages from us. You will then be informed of all our offers and promotions. You can register for this via your account on our website. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for one by entering your email address on our weekly newsletter web page. How do I use my discount code?
Your discount code must be entered in a field in the 'Order overview', which states 'enter your discount code if you have one'. Click 'apply' to apply the code. You will then see that the discount is deducted from the total amount on the right. Please note that only 1 code can be used per order.
Can I use multiple discount codes at the same time?
You can only use 1 code per order: It is technically not possible to provide multiple codes when completing your order. If you have multiple discount codes, you can place separate orders and use a discount code per order.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Some codes only work with a minimum purchase amount or are limited valid. Please note: the amount of your order must always be higher than the value of your discount code.
